Observing COVID 19 Regulation Guidelines is paramount to the continued operations of Wide Bay Archers Inc. as obviously an “official” violation would be devastating for the club.
The responsibility to adhere to the regulations should fall on each member’s own shoulders, therefor a plan has been devised which has allowed us to open the grounds for practice and weekly events.
Adult Members must complete the free, on-line, government COVID 19 Infection Control Training module.
This course can be completed in 15 -20 minutes.
The module is the one listed as “Other infection control training” at the following link: COVID-19
By doing this course, the WBA member will become certified in that they understand the safe practices and regulations pertaining to COVID 19.
Upon completion of the module, a copy of the Compliance Certificate will need to be forwarded to the Club Secretary for verification and the access to the grounds will be granted. As a requirement of membership for 2021 all adult members must undertake the course.
Failure to complete the course and forward the certificate of compliance to the Secretary will result in the person being unable to access the grounds and the club facilities.
As part of our COVID-19 management plan, any member who travels to an event in a COVID-19 hot spot is required to self-isolate from the Wide Bay Archers facilities for a period of fourteen (14) days.
